Job Description:

Front Office Groups Coordinator for Sails in the Desert Hotel at Ayers Rock Resort, living and working onsite at Yulara, NT. Role provides the highest level of customer experience to all groups.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the smooth running of all Group Functions and related operations
  • Supervise the Front Office team and ensure all processes are adhered to in line with department procedures
  • Assist in the training of new front office team members and acts as a role model to team members
  • Provide a high standard of quality service to all guests by responding to all enquiries and issues efficiently
  • Main point of contact for our Groups tour leaders
  • Preparing for group arrivals, allocations of rooms, check in, confirming tours/ shuttles or dinner reservations, preparing and checking final departure bills
  • Liaison between our resort and the groups to ensure that all information is shared

Requirements:

  • Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
  • A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
