Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and managing professional inbound communications via phone and email
  • Coordinate the full cycle of inbound and outbound freight, including packing, labelling, booking, and dispatching
  • Liaise directly with freight carriers to track deliveries and ensure seamless logistics
  • Maintain accurate dispatch documentation and meticulous records for all operational activities
  • Assist with essential general administration and accurate data entry tasks
  • Create and manage business invoices efficiently using MYOB software

Requirements:

  • A friendly and professional communication style with strong interpersonal skills
  • A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail in every task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in managing professional emails
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight, or dispatch is highly regarded
  • Experience with MYOB invoicing is preferred, though an eagerness to learn is essential
