We are looking for a suitable person for the post of "Front Office Executive" to be based out of our office in Dwarka Sector 21, Delhi. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Organize office events such as birthdays, festival celebrations, sales meetings, board meetings, and distributor meets
Book flights, trains, hotels, and arrange visas for employees and guests, including international colleagues
Order lunch for visitors and manage hospitality during meetings and events
Liaise with building authorities for maintenance, electricity, and facility issues
Negotiate with vendors for stationery, printing, travel, and hotels to ensure cost-effectiveness
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the office
Monitor and maintain office equipment (printers, coffee machines, AC, heaters) and coordinate quick servicing when required
Ensure timely stock replenishment of office stationery and pantry items
Coordinate with the Marcom team to update branding and display materials periodically
Check and submit office bills to accounts for timely payment, avoiding penalties
Handle courier dispatch and receipt, maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
Graduate with 3–8 years in front office/reception or administrative roles, preferably in an MNC environment
Strong command of English (spoken and written) with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with visitors, customers, and internal teams
Good working knowledge of MS Office, email handling
Pleasant, well‑groomed, and approachable demeanor with a customer‑centric outlook
Ability to handle tasks proactively, maintain composure under pressure, and approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
Problem solving approach
Strong sense of accountability with the willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate with vendors, and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
