Job Responsibility

  • Serving on the front lines of customer service
  • Give visitors a warm welcome and guide them and employees
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution
  • Maintain and improve the front office
  • Get the latest magazines and newspapers to be displayed in the reception
  • Maintain and update records and database (telephone registers, call tracking, client contacts)
  • Perform general admin activities and other help desk tasks
  • Work in compliance with regulations
  • Contribute to the monthly management report for the client
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
  • Develop policies and procedures needed for all functions in the reception
  • Take part in managing conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination

Requirements

  • Degree in business or hotel and building management
  • At least three to five years’ experience in facilities management
  • Good working knowledge in occupational safety
  • Aptitude in client-centric operations
  • Proven track record in managing a team
  • Capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans
  • Superior communications and reporting skills
