Job Responsibility:
Serving on the front lines of customer service
Give visitors a warm welcome and guide them and employees
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution
Maintain and improve the front office
Get the latest magazines and newspapers to be displayed in the reception
Maintain and update records and database (telephone registers, call tracking, client contacts)
Perform general admin activities and other help desk tasks
Work in compliance with regulations
Contribute to the monthly management report for the client
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
Develop policies and procedures needed for all functions in the reception
Take part in managing conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination
Requirements:
Degree in business or hotel and building management
At least three to five years’ experience in facilities management
Good working knowledge in occupational safety
Aptitude in client-centric operations
Proven track record in managing a team
Capable of effectively rolling out improvement plans
