Job Responsibility

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional, organized atmosphere
  • Communication Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle general email or in-person inquiries
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, managing office supplies inventory, and coordinating couriers

  • Meeting Room Management: Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and properly equipped before presentations or client visits
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies and front-desk stationery, placing orders when necessary
  • Data Maintenance: Keep up-to-date records of visitor logs, staff attendance summaries, and contact directories
  • Experience: Exactly 3+ years of experience working as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar corporate administrative role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (Hospitality, Communication, or Business Administration is a plus)
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and local languages as applicable)
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning front-desk management software or EPABX systems
  • Multitasking: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks without losing focus
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to handle stressful situations or difficult callers with grace and patience
