Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, delivering quality meals, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Operations Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Give guests a smooth check-in and check-out
  • build an experience that is memorable and unique
  • take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services across all front-of-house activities that guide guests through their entire stay
  • take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel with a guest first mindset
  • move about front desk, food & beverage, housekeeping and do what needs to be done
  • process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, deliver quality meals, or share the highlights of the local area
  • make transactions feel like part of the experience

Requirements

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
