Job Description

Serving on the front lines of customer service. You’ll be in charge of the front desk, giving visitors a warm welcome, and guiding them and employees. You will set the benchmark in giving the company a good first impression. You will handle all incoming and outgoing calls, maintain and update records and database, perform general admin activities, contribute to monthly management report, participate in emergency evacuation procedures, develop policies and procedures for reception, and manage conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination.

  • get latest magazines and newspapers for reception
  • maintain and update records and database (telephone registers, call tracking, client contacts)
  • perform general admin activities and help desk tasks
  • work in compliance with regulations
  • contribute to monthly management report for client
  • participate in emergency evacuation procedures
  • develop policies and procedures for all functions in reception
  • manage conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • one to five years’ experience in front desk management or reception
  • proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
  • familiarity with occupational safety requirements
