Serving on the front lines of customer service. You’ll be in charge of the front desk, giving visitors a warm welcome, and guiding them and employees. You will set the benchmark in giving the company a good first impression. You will handle all incoming and outgoing calls, maintain and update records and database, perform general admin activities, contribute to monthly management report, participate in emergency evacuation procedures, develop policies and procedures for reception, and manage conference rooms, events, flower arrangement coordination.
