We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Office Coordinator to manage the front desk and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Job Responsibility
Greet visitors and manage front desk reception
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments and meeting rooms
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas are organized
Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
