Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Business Analyst for one of our prestigious banking clients in Zurich, Switzerland, for a contract assignment. In this role, you will step into the heart of the front office and business management organisation, supporting a key regulatory and data transformation initiative – the NOGA 2008 to NOGA 2025 implementation. Your mission will be to ensure a clean, business‑aligned transition across client‑facing processes, working closely with front‑office teams and senior business stakeholders. You will analyse impacts, translate classification and data requirements into practical business rules, and actively support data clean‑up activities while keeping multiple priorities moving forward. You will collaborate across functions, act as a bridge between business and data topics, and bring structure and clarity into a fast‑paced environment. Your strong understanding of front‑office processes such as onboarding, CRM and client data management, combined with your analytical mindset and attention to detail, will be key to success in this assignment. This is a 60% workload, starting ASAP and running until 18 December 2026 (with extension possible), with the place of performance in Zurich. In this role knowledge of German and English is mandatory.
