Job Description:

Front Office Associate position at The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City, responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling guest inquiries and requests, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting team goals in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Identify and recommend new ideas to increase organizational efficiency
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
