We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Assistant to join our growing technology company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere. The Front Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, support daily office operations, assist with vendor management, and contribute to various administrative projects across the organization. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility
Manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and office inquiries
Coordinate and support vendor relationships, deliveries, and service requests
Maintain and stock office supplies, kitchen inventory, and workplace essentials
Assist with office organization and ensure shared spaces are maintained professionally
Support a variety of administrative and operational projects as needed
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
Collaborate with multiple departments to support ongoing business initiatives
Help maintain a positive and productive workplace environment
Utilize Google Workspace and other technology tools to support daily operations
Requirements
3+ years of front office, reception, or office operations experience
Previous experience working within a technology company preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong proficiency navigating Mac operating systems and business applications
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
Experience using Slack is a plus
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-service-focused demeanor
