Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, including applicants, students, vendors, and delivery personnel, ensuring a positive first impression
Provide support to apprentices during check-in and address general inquiries with a detail-oriented attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area to uphold a high standard of quality
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, filing, and other clerical duties
Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide accurate information as needed
Assist with scanning and organizing documents to ensure efficient record-keeping
Collaborate with the Office Manager and Front Office staff to provide daily operational support
Handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy workplace
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing inbound calls and greeting visitors
Strong skills in document scanning, data entry, and general clerical tasks
Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented and resilient attitude, with the ability to adapt to a blue-collar, high-energy work setting
Comfortable using office technology and software for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals
