An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Front Office Assistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a Front Office professional with previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a 4/5-star environment to manage our Front Office Team. This role will see you ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction is maintained in all reception and front office operations, to supervise the front office team in their day-to-day operations and to act as an example in all guest interactions. The highlight of being a Front Office Assistant Manager here is the opportunity to work in a beautiful location, interact with guests from around the globe, and develop valuable skills in hospitality management. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee training, development and performance management of team members in consultation with Front Office Manager
  • Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, checklists and standards to assist the Front Office Manager
  • Maintain an open line of communication between the front desk, concierge and the housekeeping teams at all times to provide high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a 4/5-star environment
  • Experience with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
