Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
standing, sitting, walking for extended times
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification.
