Learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a dish, pour sake, or guide the guest through their evening, your focus is on mastering your craft

Requirements

Confident individual who thrives in a buzzing, fast-paced environment of excellence
Adaptable and able to stay calm and move with change without letting standards drop
Intuitive and caring relationship builder, taking pride in being nice and working hard
Natural listener, who supports with a big smile and a small ego
Culturally curious and hungry to learn more about Danish and Japanese roots
Ideally, you already have experience in a busy restaurant, knowing how to give great service and make people happy
You are a spark of energy – full of passion for hospitality
You love learning, keeping your hands busy
You flow like water - calm under pressure
