Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Slug And Lettuce. Situated on the banks of the River Thames in leafy Richmond. A friendly and welcoming venue with a relaxed atmosphere serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside an extensive range of beers and wines The evening sees the vibe change and the atmosphere turns into a lively and fun place to enjoy the famous 2–4–1 cocktails.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life
Help maintain smooth operations and consistency
Foster a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued
Lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience

Requirements:

18 years of age or over
experience in a similar role
ability to lead, motivate and encourage a team
ability to work alongside a management team
ability to help maintain smooth operations and consistency
ability to foster a warm and welcoming environment

Nice to have:
