Job Description:

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
  • Acting as a point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Supervising service to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy shifts
  • Supporting management with team training, onboarding, and development
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently met
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proactive, professional, and solution-focused mindset
  • Strong understanding of service standards, hygiene, and safety
