Job Responsibility:
Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
Acting as a point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving issues professionally
Supervising service to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy shifts
Supporting management with team training, onboarding, and development
Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently met
Assisting with opening and closing procedures and daily operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role
Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
Confident managing a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proactive, professional, and solution-focused mindset
Strong understanding of service standards, hygiene, and safety
