This is a hybrid role for someone ready to take the next step in leadership while still loving time on the floor. You’ll work a mix of Bar Server or Bartending shifts delivering exceptional guest experiences and Supervisor/Management shifts supporting operations, coaching staff, and running the floor. You are the bridge between the team and management — setting the tone, solving problems, and keeping service smooth when it matters most.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Proven serving experience in a busy restaurant or bar
Natural leader who others respect and follow
Confident decision-maker during high-volume periods
Strong communication and coaching skills
Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
Passion for hospitality and building guest relationships
Open availability for evenings and weekends
