We are currently recruiting a Front of House Receptionists to join our team at one of our prestigious clients, based in the Chelsea area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable, meaningful experiences from the moment someone walks through the door.
Job Responsibility:
Professionally manage all incoming calls, ensuring they are handled efficiently and courteously
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are given a 5-star experience from arrival to departure
Monitor and manage the car park entrance via the camera system, advising drivers not to park in restricted areas when necessary
Ensure all visitor and tenant needs are anticipated and met, adapting where necessary to provide a personalised service
Oversee the smooth running of lunch services, including the coordination of bookings and ensuring timely communication with catering teams
Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring all queries and access requests are handled in line with the client’s security policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistent, high-level service is provided
Assist with Privee requests, general administrative tasks and any other ad hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment
A strong understanding of delivering 5-star customer service
Excellent organisation and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities with ease
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and adapt to client or visitor needs
