Anabas Welcome is a dynamic national Facilities Management company dedicated to delivering outstanding workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team, providing exceptional service to one of our prestigious clients in Central London. As the face of our client’s business, you will deliver an outstanding front-of-house service, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You will work across several premium locations in Central London, supporting a fast-paced corporate environment and consistently upholding the highest standards of service.

Job Responsibility:

Handle all incoming calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously
Manage visitor queries and ensure full compliance with security procedures
Coordinate local travel arrangements and taxi bookings as required
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly, polished, and personable manner

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist within a corporate office environment
Excellent organisation and communication skills
A proactive approach with the ability to perform under pressure while juggling multiple tasks
A strong customer-service focus and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
