We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join one of our prestigious client sites in Central London. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact, responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for all visitors and employees. You will take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service and have a strong understanding of what it takes to meet and exceed client expectations in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
Manage the visitor journey, including sign-in processes and host notifications
Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously
Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality requests
Liaise closely with catering teams for events and services
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
Respond to employee enquiries promptly
Manage shared mailboxes
Maintain a clean, organised reception area
Manage lost property
Report maintenance issues via the CAFM system
Work collaboratively with on-site teams
Support wider team activities and carry out additional duties as required
Follow all Health & Safety procedures
Work in line with Equality & Diversity policies
Adhere to all company policies
Represent Anabas and the client with professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
