We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to deliver an exceptional client experience in a prominent, front-of-house role. Based in an elegantly designed ground-floor reception area in Marylebone, London, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires a polished, personable, and service‑focused individual who can consistently provide a five‑star customer experience, with a keen eye for detail to identify and report any site maintenance issues promptly. The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their role and enjoys working in a front of house environment.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the smooth running of ground floor reception desk in a multi-tenanted building
Proactively report any on‑site maintenance issues and ensure building management is kept fully informed
Be the initial point of contact for general requests from tenants & visitors
Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all tenants and visitors
Oversee incoming/outgoing mail
Requirements:
Experience working as a receptionist
Able to multi-task
Have exceptional organisation and communication skills
Experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality/retail
