Job Responsibility:
Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact
Greeting visitors and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
Answering and directing incoming calls
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Managing the car park and visitor access
Directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Supporting clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
Monitoring building security and reporting concerns to senior staff
Assisting with planning and coordinating small events
Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication
Confidence using computer packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
High attention to detail
The ability to remain calm and diffuse challenging situations
A proactive, solution focused approach
Solid administrative skills
