Temporary Front of House Office Assistant role in London Bridge, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, starting ASAP until January 2026. Looking for a people person to create a welcoming and professional environment as the friendly face of the office.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
Ensure refreshments and break out areas are stocked
Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support general office administration tasks
Assist with onboarding new starters and visitor access
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and other office systems
Previous experience in a front of house or administrative role is desirable
