Job Responsibility

Take full ownership of the guest journey at a landmark new Irish luxury property
Lead reservations, pre-arrival communication, concierge and valet from the ground up
Shape an arrival and departure experience that is entirely unhurried, personal and without formality
Work closely with the Castle Manager and F&B team as part of a close-knit leadership team
Manage all reservations across accommodation, dining, Afternoon Tea and all guest-facing experiences
Lead pre-arrival communication — personalised calls, guest profiling and bespoke itinerary preparation
Oversee concierge and valet services, ensuring every guest need is anticipated and met with ease
Ensure accommodation is prepared and presented to an immaculate standard ahead of every arrival

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Job Responsibility

Optimising sales whilst delivering exceptional service, meeting financial and guest satisfaction targets, upsell and encourage ‘3 prompts’ every time
Ensuring Forest Retreat Health and Safety procedures are carried out and properly recorded, audits and stock taking
Supporting and motivating the Front of House Retreat Team through regular performance reviews and ongoing training
Proactively managing guest feedback, ensuring comments and scores are shared regularly with the team
Managing the departmental budget and working with the wider management team to maximise revenue opportunities
Ensuring the Forest Way standards are adhered to daily, delivery of brilliant basics
