Banyan is now on the lookout for a Front of House Manager to join our amazing team! Who are we? Proud winners of Best New Site at the Publican Awards 2025! Arc Inspirations is a successful bar group, currently operating 18 locations across the North, Midlands and London with three exciting brands – BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan. Banyan is a stylish and vibrant cocktail bar and kitchen. We are the natural meeting place, whatever the occasion or celebration, our guests know they will have a great time at Banyan. We’re all about bringing together the very best dishes and drinks for our guests to enjoy and celebrating the diversity of cuisines all over the globe, whilst striking the perfect balance between atmosphere and energy. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead an amazing Front of House team in this stylish cocktail bar
  • Deliver and exceed guest expectations
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen

Requirements:

  • Previous people management and hospitality experience
  • Experience managing a venue of high volume
  • Ability to understand guest's needs
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen
  • Excellent financial acumen
