Job Responsibility:
Lead an amazing Front of House team in this stylish cocktail bar
Deliver and exceed guest expectations
Communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen
Requirements:
Previous people management and hospitality experience
Experience managing a venue of high volume
Ability to understand guest's needs
Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations
Ability to lead and coach a team
Good organisation and communication skills
Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade
Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen
Excellent financial acumen
