The Front of House Manager is the face of the business and is highly influential in ensuring every guest and team member has a fantastic experience through exquisite organisation and guest focus.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a Front of House team that focuses on the needs of the guest and strives to deliver and exceed that expectation
Achieve and maintain a guest focussed environment, ensuring the guest journey is always adhered to
Remain customer focused and deal with complaints with empathy and according to company protocol
Welcome and coach new starters, to help them integrate into the team faster and understand their role sooner
Attend all relevant training sessions and meetings to ensure you understand all aspects of your work
To ensure your knowledge of products and practices are of the highest standard
Coach others, particularly newer members of the team to ensure standards are maintained, and they can deliver key tasks
Run relevant training sessions with your team to proactively or retroactively improve standards, processes, skills or sales
To ensure correct staffing levels are in place in accordance with the level of business, to maximise food and drink sales and to achieve wage budgets
Requirements:
Previous people management and hospitality experience is essential
Hard-working hospitality professional
Can lead an amazing floor team
