Job Description:

We're seeking a confident, professional, and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a modern and vibrant business centre in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in customer-facing roles and takes pride in creating a positive first impression. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception and delivering excellent service to all visitors and tenants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee front of house for business centre
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism
  • Handle incoming post and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and organised reception area
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain safety procedures
  • Manage any calls, messages, and basic administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception/front-of-house or customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable with basic admin and using office systems
