Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver 5-star customer service to all tenants and visitors
  • Greet tenants daily and leave a positive, warm impression
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts
  • Maintain an organised and presentable reception area
  • Handle daily post and deliveries efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with clients for ongoing support
  • Respond to queries and facilitate maintenance requests
  • Host seasonal client events in the reception area
  • Conduct daily visual standards checks throughout the building
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Team to coordinate tasks
  • Maintain and update all essential building documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a cheerful demeanour
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Construction & Real Estate sector
  • Familiarity with Yardi Kube or similar property management software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant support
