Job Responsibility:
Deliver 5-star customer service to all tenants and visitors
Greet tenants daily and leave a positive, warm impression
Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts
Maintain an organised and presentable reception area
Handle daily post and deliveries efficiently
Build strong relationships with clients for ongoing support
Respond to queries and facilitate maintenance requests
Host seasonal client events in the reception area
Conduct daily visual standards checks throughout the building
Communicate effectively with the Executive Team to coordinate tasks
Maintain and update all essential building documentation
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and a cheerful demeanour
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Nice to have:
Experience in the Construction & Real Estate sector
Familiarity with Yardi Kube or similar property management software
A proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant support
What we offer:
20 days paid holiday, increasing with length of service (up to 25 days max!)
