Job Responsibility
Meeting and greeting visitors, including senior stakeholders and directors
Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming calls professionally
Coordinating meeting room bookings and set-ups
Arranging catering for meetings and events
Preparing rooms to a high standard and clearing away afterwards
Resetting meeting spaces, including moving furniture (chairs/tables as needed)
Ensuring the front of house area remains immaculate at all times
Requirements
Previous front of house / receptionist experience within a corporate environment
Professional, warm, and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
