Job Description

*This is a part time role for 30 hours per week* You will support the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that our customers needs are exceeded at all times. You could find yourself dealing with customers on reception, settling invoices in our pay points, providing fast efficient service on our checkouts or may be working with other members of the store team in other departments. No two days will be the same but what you will get is a great sense of fulfilment and you will find yourself at the heart of our customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties. This will involve ensuring that all of our due diligence relating to customer accounts are accurate and up to date so an eye for detail is essential
  • Providing an environment where we deliver fast efficient service to our customers so you will be dynamic and show a real passion for customer satisfaction
  • Taking ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor

Requirements

  • An ability to lead from the front and be able to prioritise your workload
  • Great communication skills as you will be dealing with our valued customers as well as other areas of the store operation
  • Energy and drive so that you can lead from the front when it comes to delivering fast and efficient service
  • A good eye for detail as you will be involved with various administrative duties
