Job Responsibility

Greet and assist all visitors and tenants, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
Manage the ground floor reception, meeting rooms, and breakout areas, keeping them impeccably presented and maintained at all times
Work closely with the Operations and Commercial Directors to facilitate the day-to-day operations and sales of the centre
Build strong relationships with business centre clients, gathering feedback to enhance their experience continuously
Ensure a professional reception in line with company policies, capturing meeting room bookings and additional services for accurate invoicing.
