Job Description:

Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Front of House/Client Services Representative to join their team. In this key role, you will play a crucial role in managing the welcoming experience for all visitors and tenants in Ashford. Reporting to the Management Team, you will utilise your outstanding administrative, organisational, and communication skills to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels valued and appreciated.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist all visitors and tenants, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage the ground floor reception, meeting rooms, and breakout areas, keeping them impeccably presented and maintained at all times
  • Work closely with the Operations and Commercial Directors to facilitate the day-to-day operations and sales of the centre
  • Build strong relationships with business centre clients, gathering feedback to enhance their experience continuously
  • Ensure a professional reception in line with company policies, capturing meeting room bookings and additional services for accurate invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with basic financial management
  • Confident, adaptable, and ready to tackle any challenge with a smile
