Job Description:

We are looking for versatile, high-energy, hardworking Front of House staff who thrive in a bustling environment. You’ll be joining a team that takes pride in an exceptional drink offering and provides excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serving our beautiful range of beers responsibly and with pride, alongside wine, cocktails, spirits and soft drinks
  • Welcoming a vast demographic
  • providing a warm, inclusive, and knowledgeable service to all our guests
  • Maintaining Standards: From cellar management to fastidious cleaning, you’ll ensure the bar remains a flagship space for the brand
  • Supporting your colleagues to ensure the venue runs smoothly, even during those busy shifts
  • Adhere to the health and safety and standard operating policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to licensing conditions at all times
  • Ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, employees, guests and other persons on the premises

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, pub, brewery, restaurant or café environment is preferred
  • You must be available to work weekends
  • Knowledge of cellar dispense and line cleaning
  • First aid qualification
