Front Of House Assistant

• Answering the mainline phone and directing calls appropriately
• Meeting and greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanour
• Providing general support to the team, ensuring smooth operations
• Using your initiative to tackle challenges and deliver competent support

• Previous experience within similar customer service or Front of House roles is preferred
• Resilience and the ability to handle a busy work environment
• Strong initiative to proactively assist the team and customers
• A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Competence in multitasking and managing various tasks efficiently
• Due to the location of this role, holding a valid driving licence would be advantageous, although it is not essential
