Front End Tech Lead

• Lead and mentor front-end developers across multiple teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly Angular applications
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
• Drive the adoption of modern web development best practices and technologies
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through rigorous testing and code reviews
• Collaborate effectively with business analysts, back-end developers, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for the Issuer Services platform

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Several years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
• Proven experience architecting and developing complex web applications
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Jest) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass)
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and Agile development methodologies
• Comfortable working with IDEs like Visual Studio Code
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Knowledge of server-side languages (Java preferred) and computer science fundamentals (Networking, Security, Databases)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
