Job Description:

We are hiring a Front-End Tech Lead Developer (ReactJS / NextJS) for our GCC client — a globally recognized leader in professional services and consulting, operating across multiple international markets. SRKay Consulting Group partners with Fortune 500 and global enterprises to set up and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead front-end development and drive architectural decisions for scalable applications
  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and NextJS
  • Build reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applications
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams for seamless API integration
  • Implement real-time features and optimize application performance and scalability
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex front-end issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS for building scalable web applications
  • Experience in building responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using TailwindCSS or similar frameworks
  • Experience implementing real-time features using WebSockets
  • Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL) and state management
  • Good working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js / NestJS
  • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application performance
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and driving architectural discussions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
