Job Description:

As Product Owner for our new Agent Portal, you will play a key role in shaping the next-generation platform for operators’ agents, whether at ticket offices, call centers, or other customer operation centers. This new front-end application will empower agents to purchase and modify bookings with ease and will evolve into a flexible B2B2C platform supporting third-party agents in the future.

Job Responsibility:

Driving the development of the new Agent Portal, from defining product vision and roadmap to managing backlog priorities and ensuring alignment with business and user needs
Ensuring a smooth transition from our existing portal product, managing dependencies, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption
Overseeing the lifecycle of existing bespoke B2C front-ends, balancing ongoing maintenance and incremental improvements while guiding their transition into the new Portal once capabilities are on par
Collecting and translating stakeholder and user requirements into actionable specifications and ensuring they align with the overall product vision
Evaluating feasibility, assessing risks, and proactively addressing challenges with innovative and practical solutions
Collaborating closely with design, development, and other product teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences across all front-end products
Communicating progress, risks, and decisions transparently to stakeholders, fostering trust and engagement

Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree
A strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies
Experience working with front-end applications or customer-facing digital products
An analytical and conceptual mindset
A team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Experience in the public transport or travel industry
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles or front-end development
Experience leading cross-functional product teams
A strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
Experience with Jira and Confluence
