Job Description:

As Product Owner for our new Agent Portal, you will play a key role in shaping the next-generation platform for operators’ agents, whether at ticket offices, call centers, or other customer operation centers. This new front-end application will empower agents to purchase and modify bookings with ease and will evolve into a flexible B2B2C platform supporting third-party agents in the future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving the development of the new Agent Portal, from defining product vision and roadmap to managing backlog priorities and ensuring alignment with business and user needs
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from our existing portal product, managing dependencies, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of existing bespoke B2C front-ends, balancing ongoing maintenance and incremental improvements while guiding their transition into the new Portal once capabilities are on par
  • Collecting and translating stakeholder and user requirements into actionable specifications and ensuring they align with the overall product vision
  • Evaluating feasibility, assessing risks, and proactively addressing challenges with innovative and practical solutions
  • Collaborating closely with design, development, and other product teams to deliver cohesive and high-quality user experiences across all front-end products
  • Communicating progress, risks, and decisions transparently to stakeholders, fostering trust and engagement

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree
  • A strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with front-end applications or customer-facing digital products
  • An analytical and conceptual mindset
  • A team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the public transport or travel industry
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles or front-end development
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams
  • A strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
