Front-End Engineer

• Become an expert and authority on Bitwarden’s core front-end codebase, including our web client, desktop client, and browser extension
• Participate in hands-on development of new features
• Work on reports, localization, generators, or file import/export functionality, among other tasks
• Actively engage with other teams to ensure our core code supports new features
• Participate in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge
• Independently plan, estimate and deliver new work and bug fixes
• Occasionally, contribute bug fixes submitted by the user community
• Focus on improving the features that fall under the responsibility of the Data Insights & Reporting team, including: Risk insights
• Reports
• Event logs
• Aggregating and encrypting/decrypting large sets of data to create reports to help individuals and organizations improve security

• Demonstrated experience in building complex Angular applications
• Experience with reactive programming using RxJS or similar libraries
• Experience with front-end state management systems
• Experience with Tailwind CSS for component styling
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset

• Excitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security
• Excellent problem-solving skills
