We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility:

Translate design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
Collaborate with teams to effectively manage projects through design, development, and quality assurance stages
Develop and maintain user-facing features, ensuring optimal speed and scalability
Implement quality assurance procedures to uphold software standards and functionality
Identify and resolve blockers by applying creative solutions within company guidelines
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards
Integrate and configure plugins to enhance site functionality and user experience
Validate all user inputs before submission to backend systems to prevent errors
Stay updated on current trends and advancements in web development
Work on progressive redesign and maintenance initiatives to improve customer interactions with the brand

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 to 8 years of experience in front-end development
Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks
Familiarity with e-commerce systems and content management platforms
Proven ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability
Experience with quality assurance processes and software testing
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions
Strong knowledge of coding standards, code reviews, and debugging techniques
Awareness of current web development trends and practices
