Job Description:

Front Desk Supervisor position at The Westin Ningbo, responsible for guest check-ins, payment processing, room coordination, and assisting with staff management while ensuring quality service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist staff with expediting problem payments
  • Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction
  • Process all guest check-ins
  • Process all payment types
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest
  • Anticipate sold-out situations
  • Block rooms in computer
  • Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping
  • Review shift logs
  • Count bank at beginning and end of shift
  • Balance and drop receipts
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
  • Report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
