Job Responsibility:
Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to create personalized experiences
Track daily operations logs, handle messages and packages professionally and efficiently
Maintain current knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue management
Lead, train, and develop front desk associates to build a strong and communicative team
Address guest concerns and workplace issues promptly with confidence and creativity
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies at the front desk
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license
Compliance with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
Ability to work full-time
Strong problem-solving skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and reservation systems
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
