Reporting to a team of Assistant Front Office Managers, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise a team of Front Desk Agents and Front Desk operations during assigned shift to a consistently high standard
Ensure all communication channels operate flawlessly
Provide assistance to the Concierge team and other Bell Attendant to ensure the success of the Front Office operations
Requirements:
Excellent personality
Superior computer skills
Thorough understanding of room types, rates, occupancy and selling strategies
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience with Opera
Previous supervisory experience in a luxury Resort preferred
High level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor
Passion for providing best in class service
Ability to connect with guests by demonstrating the finer touches of luxury service
