Four Seasons Casablanca is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does. The Front Desk Supervisor oversees Front Desk and PBX employees and will also perform their duties when necessary. As such, it is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. One must also respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the smooth overall operation of the Front Desk and Pbx team
Supervise and train front desk staff, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback
Assists the Front Desk team in their functions. Perform Receptionist tasks
Responsible for resolving customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Covering the night manager Day offs and vacations
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at the front desk
Covering AM or PM shift in the absence of AFOM
Conducting standard testing for the front desk and PBX
Assign the next day arrival and Update Golden
Manage the Queue Rooms and follow up with the HK
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals
Follow up on Open Folios
Monitor and maintain accurate guest accounts, including billing and invoicing
Liaise with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Conduct regular training sessions for front desk staff on customer service, procedures, and systems
Supervise the handling of cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
Acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior management is not available
Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience within Rooms Division, preferably within a luxury hotel
Must have excellent customer service and guest contact skills
Candidates must have a degree in hospitality, or similar
Strong communication skills - both written and oral - are required in English, French and Arabic. Additional language preferred
Must possess the ability to cope with stress and to work in a high volume operation
Must be able to multi-task and complete tasks by established deadlines
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Must be able to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends)
Must have a valid Moroccan Work Permit
