Job Description:

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Front Office team - a receptionist who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence. Join our team in the Land of Enchantment!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Front Desk operations and team members, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival through departure
  • Oversee labor and expenses, prioritizing exceptional service while maintaining budgetary guidelines
  • Serve as a confident problem solver, delivering the highest level of hospitality
  • Accommodate special requests when possible, resolve guest concerns, and assist with all service inquiries
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to process check‑ins and check‑outs, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals
  • Lead the training and development of Front Desk Agents, including procedures for check‑in/check‑out, cash handling, night audit functions, and guest interaction with a focus on conflict resolution
  • Create staff schedules and manage payroll for the Front Office team
  • Train and motivate staff to upsell, leading incentive programs to drive revenue
  • Provide support throughout the Rooms Division as operational needs arise

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hospitality supervisory experience
  • Preferably in a luxury hospitality environment with at least 1 year in Front Desk + Overnight Auditing
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish - preferred
  • Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift
  • Flexible schedule - availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
