Goldfish Swim School – Mount Laurel is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking to hire 3-5 associates to join our team. 30 hours per week. Weekends are required. We are looking for all new-hires to begin training on June 1st. This is a year-round position. We are not hiring for the summer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with families, helping customers find the right program, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on water safety and child development.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective members
Assist families with class enrollment and scheduling
Use computer booking and scheduling systems to manage accounts
Process payments, account updates, and program changes
Communicate promotions, events, and membership information
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Support daily operations and team needs as necessary
Requirements:
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers on the phone
Experience with computer booking, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred
