Job Description:

Goldfish Swim School – Mount Laurel is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking to hire 3-5 associates to join our team. 30 hours per week. Weekends are required. We are looking for all new-hires to begin training on June 1st. This is a year-round position. We are not hiring for the summer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with families, helping customers find the right program, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on water safety and child development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome families and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to prospective members
  • Assist families with class enrollment and scheduling
  • Use computer booking and scheduling systems to manage accounts
  • Process payments, account updates, and program changes
  • Communicate promotions, events, and membership information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Support daily operations and team needs as necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable making sales calls and speaking with customers on the phone
  • Experience with computer booking, scheduling, or CRM systems preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred
