Our client in El Segundo is looking for a dynamic Front Desk / Office Assistant to be the welcoming face and heartbeat of their office. This is an onsite role in a collaborative, high-energy environment with a fantastic team.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage front desk operations and incoming calls
Support daily office administrative tasks
Coordinate lunches
Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
Be the go-to person for creating a positive, welcoming vibe

Requirements:

Extremely social, upbeat, and professional personality
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and punctual
Previous front desk or office experience is a plus
