Job Responsibility

Answering of the telephone
Professional friendly greeting of customers visiting our showroom
Telephone answering and directing the call to the appropriate team member
Greeting those who walk through our door
Making them feel welcome and important until the sales rep is ready
Taking daily repeat orders and processing them by entering the order into the RSA order system and advising operations
Perform general clerical duties included but not limited to photocopying, scanning, and inputting data
Strong excel skills to keep track of Accounts Receivable
Clerical tasks dealing with invoices, Maintaining Schedules, Sales Posting and Administrative work
Familiar with Microsoft Office - email
