Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office overnight team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests while working alongside others to help create memorable guests' moments and experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and check in guests efficiently, ensuring correct room type and rate
Handle check-outs, settle bills accurately, and confirm guest satisfaction
Maintain a balanced cash bank
process payments, currency exchange, and reconcile transactions
Provide top-tier hospitality, resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly
Use hotel systems for check-in/out, reporting, and room assignments
Assist with reservations and guest calls when needed
Uphold Four Seasons standards and work harmoniously with the team
Requirements:
Knowledge of OPERA required
Minimum two years’ experience working in luxury Hospitality or Customer Service required
Ability to multi-task on several tasks at once
Work authorization in the United States required
