Join one of London’s most iconic luxury destinations and become the welcoming face of Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile position plays a vital role in setting the tone for their stay.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of their arrival and departure
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera PMS
  • Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and special requests are fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate records and process payments securely
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of service and presentation at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous front desk experience in a hotel is essential
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Opera PMS experience preferred
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
